Your generosity sustains a sacred place of welcome, prayer and service β here in Holywell and far beyond.
Donations help us maintain this place of hospitality β the chapel, the guest rooms, and the quiet spaces where pilgrims and retreatants come to rest and pray. They also support those who cannot afford the full cost of a stay.
The Bridgettine Sisters have two convents in the Holy Land β in Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Recently, the Sisters provided food and essential support to families in great need there, sending funds directly to sustain this vital work.
Through our network of Bridgettine convents worldwide, donations help children who cannot afford an education, and families living in poverty. The Sisters are committed to this work of charity wherever the need is greatest.
Here in Holywell, the Sisters have always helped whoever came to the door β offering food, support and a listening ear to anyone in the area who needed it. Your gift continues this quiet, faithful service.
The Sisters' daily life of prayer, Mass and contemplation is at the heart of everything. Donations help sustain their vowed life β from which all the hospitality and mission flows.
The Bridgettine Order works across the globe. Your support reaches other convents and missions that share in the same calling β to serve Christ in the poor, the pilgrim, and the stranger.
"Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."
